After you complete onboarding, your profile goes through a quick compliance check. Here's what each status means and what to do next.

Access Granted

You’ve passed all required steps — identity verification, accreditation, and suitability. You now have full access to your Hill dashboard and can begin exploring investment opportunities!

Profile Being Reviewed

Some profiles require manual review by our compliance team. This doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong. We’re just taking an extra look, so hang tight!

You will receive an email from our support team within 24 hours.

Requirements Not Met

This means that, based on your answers, you didn’t meet current eligibility criteria for investing on Hill.

This may be because:

  • You didn’t meet the accredited investor requirements (based on income, net worth, or licensing)

  • Your suitability score didn’t align with the risk profile of our offerings

We welcome you to return in the future if your financial circumstances change — or if legislation evolves to allow broader access. Hill is actively committed to advocating for more inclusive investment opportunities.
