No, investing in private companies through our platform is limited to accredited investors only.

An accredited investor is an individual who meet any of the following criteria:

  • An annual income of $200,000+ ($300,000+ with spouse) for the past two years;

  • A net worth exceeding $1 million excluding their primary residence; or

  • A professional license in good standing, such as the Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82.

These requirements exist because private company investments typically involve higher risk, less disclosure, and limited liquidity compared to public markets. Our focus on serving accredited investors allows us to offer exclusive pre-IPO opportunities while maintaining regulatory compliance.
