What is a single-asset fund?

A single-asset fund (SAF) is a private investment fund setup for the purpose of acquiring a specific asset. The offerings on our platform are structured as single-asset funds where one unit of ownership in the private fund provides the same economic exposure to one share of the underlying asset.
